I love how he’s a Mets fan. The jokes are always hilarous but have that all too familiar undertone of sadness haha.

Jon’s inevitable segment on Brian Williams and the NBC Nightly News fire alarm mishap.
SO MUCH LOVE
2:00-7:18
Stephen Colbert and Jon Stewart sing the very patriotic song The Greatest Strongest Country in the World.
On my calendar each day’s the Fourth of July
If you cut me open, I bleed apple pie
Lady Liberty’s the hottest girl that I’ve ever seen
I would totally hit that, if I were tall and green
America is perfect, and there’s nothing to fix
My pin code is 1776 (don’t tell!)
Plus, Americans will deep-fry anything
And that is why I sing…
That it’s the greatest, strongest country in the world
It’s the greatest, strongest country in the world
From north to south to east to west, and diagonally
There’s no one more American than me!
It seems like just yesterday I was at this rally. Such a great day. Damn, time flies.
Jon Stewart debates Bill O’Reilly about the invitation rapper Common received to read poetry at the White House last week.
Bravo, Jon. Bravo.
His mother was American, you fuckwad! Seriously, what’s more likely? Obama was born here or that his war hero grandfather conspired to plant false evidence in a Honolulu newspaper so his grandson could one day become a socialist overlord?
What I’m about to say to you is going to sound stupid, illogical, moronic, asinine, disembrained. What I’m about to say to you is the kind of thing that will make you wonder how I even dress myself in the morning.
Truth.
Complete truth.
I finally got around to watching Jon Stewart’s segment about the 9/11 responder’s health care bill.
Wow.
I could go into an entire political rant here, but I won’t.
All I’m going to say is that I’m so beyond honored that there are men and women out there, like the first responders that Stewart brought on his show, that risked their lives to save others. Those men and women are so brave and selfless. I hope each and every one of them gets the medical care they need. Men and women like that make me love my country. The republican senators do not.
Also, the fact that no other news network brought this up before THE DAILY SHOW ON COMEDY CENTRAL did is absolutely disgraceful. I’m a journalism major, and it scares me sometimes to think about what kind of news programming I’m getting myself into. However, I’d like to think that hopefully I can make a difference and bring these issues into the light when no one else is. Even if that means apparently having to get a job at Comedy Central to do so…
Thank you Jon Stewart:
AP: Republican and Democratic senators have reached a deal on a scaled-down bill to help 9/11 first responders who became sick from having worked in the dust of the World Trade Center.
Happy Birthday Jon Stewart!!
Thank you for keeping me sane.

This is what you get when you put a post-it on the telly and wait for Jon Stewart’s face to pass it.
LMAO
hahah!
